On July 8, 1947 over Roswell, New Mexico, a genuine starship with a stelan starcrew was purposely shot down by the United States Air Force.

There were 3 crew members on board. One died at the crash, one was mangled but still alive and the other was unconscious from the trauma. The military teams, already on standby, rushed to retrieve the crew and crash material. Following this incident, and after a bit of confusion, there was a UFO Cover-Up installed by the soon-to-be established Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Air Force) in conjunction with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the precursor to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

The massive restructuring of US Security happened when the National Security Act of 1947 was signed by US President Harry S. Truman. This was the same year that the National Security Council (NSC) and the CIA were formed. President Truman played an instrumental role in reorganizing the security and defense of the United States of America, and it coincided with the July 1947 Roswell crash.

The armed forces were eager to acquire new technologies and considered aliens a general threat. But the crash at Roswell presented a new problem, the release of the truth to the general public. This was not going to be permitted. The entire US national security complex was restructured starting from July 1947, and with haste. World War II ended in September 1945 after Japan officially surrendered. So why wait nearly two years to restructure national security? One of the motivating factors was the extraterrestrial factor.

The death of the stelan crew was never admitted. The crash over Roswell was never acknowledged. And the stelan families never received an apology for being ambushed and killed.

Roswell was not the first nor the last time that starships would get shot at. In fact, the repeated attacks by the military and the clandestine agencies forced members of the Stelan Community to press for some kind of agreement with the key nations of the world, namely USA, USSR, PRC (People's Republic of China) and a European Council. This culminated in a December 12, 1961 meeting in London with human guests the likes of David Rockefeller, Henry "Heinz" Kissinger, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Bernhard, one of the two founders of the Bilderberg Group.

Based on the work of Dr. Richard Boylan and his team, the 1961 meeting was later ratified in April 14, 1964, this time in a secret military installation in the Guadalupe Mountains at El Capitan Peak in Texas, near the border of New Mexico. That agreement included technology transfer, education in extraterrestrial affairs and stelan cooperation in exchange for allowing Stelans to continue their duties on the planet. The human leaders agreed to proceed with a full public UFO disclosure. This never took place. Subsequently, the agreement was woefully abused by the corrupt elitists (eg secret societies, freemasons) and was eventually cancelled in September 2005.

It is now 2014 and the promises from the leaders of nations to disclose the truth about an extraterrestrial presence and to admit that indeed a ship was shot down over Roswell, these things and more have not been allowed to happen. This is because of an even more powerful hand controlling the fate of the world. But that is another story.
